Housing Application

RTS Orlando offers subsidized housing to full-time students on a first come first served basis. Housing is not an option for our part-time students.

To apply for housing, please complete this application. Once an application is submitted, the student will be put on a waitlist in order of when the housing application is received.

Once a student has been placed in a housing unit, the Director of Operations will email them a lease to sign. Once the lease is signed, a refundable housing deposit of $400 will be assessed on the student’s account. This deposit is refundable on completion of the lease dependent upon the state of the room/house.

Pets are allowed but require an extra deposit. A pet addendum will be sent along with the lease, and the pet deposit will be assessed at the time of the housing deposit.
